Brandon Ramey, JD, GRI, MRP, is a seasoned REALTOR with 20 years of experience in Ventura County and Southern California real estate. As a second-generation REALTOR from a military family, he founded the VETERAN Home Services division at eXp Realty to guide military veterans through the home buying process.

In April 2024, Brandon partnered with Ken Grech to launch Start Making Your Legacy (SMYL) Real Estate, brokered by eXp Realty in Old Town Camarillo. Their team of 23 agents focuses on helping clients build lasting wealth through real estate. Brandon’s move to eXp was driven by the opportunity to collaborate with Will Grimes and Eli Schmidt at Legit Agents, combining their strengths in leadership, marketing, and technology to help agents grow and succeed.

Brandon earned his law degree from Gonzaga in 2013 and became a top coach and recruiter in Ventura County real estate. He previously served as Director of Realty at the Ventura County Community Development Corporation, where he helped first-time buyers and oversaw home revitalization projects. Before co-founding SMYL, Brandon was VP of Coaching and Leadership Development at Century 21’s top California office, where he mentored agents to success. Passionate about empowering others, Brandon continues to help clients and agents build wealth and create lasting legacies through homeownership.
