Her work at Locke High School in Watts, California, earned her the Urban Fellowship Scholarship for her contributions to the school and community, highlighting her dedication to making a difference. This experience helped her develop resilience, empathy, and a talent for helping others thrive—qualities that she now uses to ensure new agents feel confident and supported throughout their onboarding journey.
